Resort terms and Conditions:

• Check-in:  After 3 p.m.
• Check-out:  Prior to 11 a.m.
• Upon check in, a valid I.D. and valid credit card required for person staying at resort
• Parking:  One space per room.
• Tropic Seas Resort is for registered guests only.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Room rates do not include 13% sales tax.
• All rooms are smoke free.
• Room rates are based on two persons per room.  Additional charges will apply for additional guests.
• Deposit policy:  Last day deposit including tax required on all reservations.
• Cancellations:  Refunds require fifteen day written cancellation notice.
• No pets of any kind.
• Special requests:  Although we attempt to accommodate any and all special requests, sometimes we cannot guarantee room locations, bed types or specific room numbers.
• Special events may require a minimum length of stay.
• Office hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily.
• Automated attendant for after hour telephone calls.
• Rates include:  Daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays), utilities, linens, head and air conditioning, heated pool, telephone, cable television, wireless internet, beautiful tropical courtyard and 150 feet of direct ocean frontage!
• Children under twelve stay free!
• All guests under 23 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian occupying the same unit.
