Resort terms and conditions:

• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: prior to 11:00 a.m.
• Upon check in, a valid I.D. and valid credit cards
  required for person staying at resort
• Parking: one space per room
• Tropic Seas Resort is for registered guests only
• Rates subject to change without notice
• Room rates do not include 11% sales tax
• All rooms are smoke free
• Room rates are based on two person per room. 
  Additional charges will apply for additional guests
• Deposit policy: Last two days deposit including
  tax required on all reservations
• Cancellations: Refunds require fifteen day written
  cancellation notice
• No pets of any kind
• Special requests: Although we attempt to accommodate any
  and all special requests, sometimes we cannot guarantee room locations, bed types or specific room numbers
• Special events may require a minimum length of stay
• Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily
• Automated attendant for after hour telephone calls
• Rates include: Daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays), utilities, linens, heat and air conditioning, heated pool, telephone, cable television, wireless internet, beautiful tropical courtyard and 150 feet of direct ocean frontage
• Children under twelve stay free!
• All guests under 23 years of age must be accompanied
  by a parent or guardian occupying the same unit
